# Full Browser Preloader

I found [this](http://www.kirupa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=252734&highlight=full+preloader) thread about full browser images, which I really like.  
Now I was wondering how to make a full Browser preloader. The bar should be the same height as the Browser window and should load for the whole width.

How do I do that?
