What are some of the basics needed to design and develop a Full-Screen Flash site?

- Ex. Publish at 100% (width and height)?
- Some sort of Java Script?
- CSS that allows for this to happen?

I just need a starting point and will be glad to research the rest. Looking for sqare 1.
