we are looking for a fulltime web developer that can create websites from concepts provided by us and our clients. The chosen provider must be available for 40 hours/week. We would like to pay around $300-$400 per month with the definite idea that the relationship and pay will grow. The main thing we are looking for is someone with a good sense of style and a great grasp on modern webdesign esthetics and practices.  
The skills that we are looking for are; HTML/XHTML,  
CSS,  
JavaScript,  
PHP and MySQL  
Jquery

optional but not required skills include:  
Adobe Flash,  
Adobe Photoshop,  
Adobe Fireworks,  
Adobe Dreamweaver,  
Wordpress  
Joomla ,  
C,  
Java,  
Visual Basic 6.0
