# Fuzzy text problem

i was wondereing if anyone can help me with this i have purchased a flash pixel font from miniml and have used it across my site.
the problem i seem to get in places is that the text in some areas looks fuzzy not as clear as it should do, i will use the font in one position on the same page and it will look fine ( nice and clear as it should ) i then say use it underneth the first one and that one will look slightly fuzy just not as clear as the others.
im confused can any one help, i also get the same problem on some input fields as well, but just to let you know i have embeded the font for the input fields.
it also is not dependant on font it will happern with standard fonts as well
help…

what anti-alias mode are you using on the issue textfields?

what version of flash are u using(if not 8 than this might be the problem)? I remember asking this very same question. The reason the text are fuzzy is because you need to keep the text as whole numbers not with a decimal. look at the property panel you will see that if not put on who number eg. 2 and not 2.01. your text will become fuzzy. Also look up this in google they will have tutourials on this. I think kirupa has something on this.

thanks for that you have hit the nail on the head as soon as i have changed the pos to be a whole number and not have a .01 its sorted it out i would have never figured that one out in a million years.
