# Gallery with effects

Hey yall I am interested in making a gallery but instead of your simple fade out transition of pictures, I was interested in possibly using this [http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/fadegrid.htm](http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/fadegrid.htm)

And applying it to the loaded images which will be loaded in from xml. With that tutorial you can just simply click and images change. Can any one give me some insight? I have started the xml gallery from here on kirupa, and attempting to call

```auto
function 
fadeOut(0, 5);

```

on image change with other parameters deleted.
