Programs: Flash Only (no scanners or other software tools)
Size: Under 100K and 200 x 650 pixels
Competitors: AJCrowley, Playamarz, Senocular, Sraet, Kitiara, Ilyaslamasse(?)
Date: March 5th 2003
You’re allowed to use graphics, sounds, whatever you like, to make a looping cartoon. It can be anything from 5 - 30 seconds long, but remain under the 100K file size limit.
It must be along the idea of ‘Entertainment’. Take that theme in whichever direction you like.
