# Game development/artists as core team for new Flash arcade

Hey all,

Those of you that have seen my recent post in the Critique forum will know that I am beginning work on a new Flash game arcade. (I stress that it is an arcade with a difference, but I don’t want to give away too much too early…)

I must point out that this is **UNPAID** - I’m not exactly aiming to hire people. Instead I am looking for people to work with who have good skills in Flash/Photoshop - animation, programming, design, etc - that want to produce something for their portfolio or just want a challenge or something to do. I don’t have any specific requirements, but you should be able to produce small Flash games alone or as part of a team. I also do not require you to be fully committed - if you work with us I will expect some input, but there is no hurry.

If you are interested, please post here with your strengths and a link to your portfolio/previous work, and your MSN address (if you do not want to post it then please PM it to me), and I will explain the idea and your role to you personally. If you change your mind, I will gladly remove your address from my contacts list on request. Any interest would be appreciated. Thanks!
