Mega Bump… So I finally played this game I’m about half way through… mainly because I can’t save the game… my controllers dead though… ☹ really makes playing that iron man game seem worse now.
This game is really fun.
(When I say play… this is the first time I’ve played single player.)
Graphics are really nice and smooth.

It’s my fav game you can also play the campaign online with a friend which is very cool also and was one of the first games to offer online co-op at the time of its release.
If you want to play the campaign online add me gr1md3ath I’m always down to play the Gears campaign its just fun as hell I call it the the new contra :fab:

I played the whole game thru on medium detail on my pc, it turns out my graphics card could easily handle it on full detail and now I’m replaying it with all the special effects on! Was a bit weird when the hammer of dawn shot a small thin tiny beam on a bad guy instead of looking all cool like it does on the X-box.
I love chainsawing people and curb stomping grubs. The best weapon is the shotgun earlier on - the fact that u can blow someone in half just makes it worth having - I like sniper rifle headshots too! The torque bow later on is class too - though aiming it at first takes some getting used to! I’ve also been chainsawed by a grub about 9 times because I’m so eager to chainsaw everyone.
Playing it thru on insane now.
The dialogue is great too! I love Marcus swearing a lot when you miss an active reload!

Yea… I kind of can’t save due to the fact my friend wouldn’t give me the CD key because its linked with his xbox live account. So I’m sort of just playing and can’t save. The nice thing is that I put the 10gig game on my external drive so now I can’t unplug it while my computer is on.
Good thing for sleep though… just power down my computer and the game still running. So I killed a bezerker… and am like 10minutes after that part… how long do I have?

I think you still got like 2 or 3 more stages to finish the game you gotta get the resonator :lol:

Even if you are late on playing it, it really doesn’t matter. It’s still one of the best games released for the 360 imo.
