# Get a value from a text box in flash

Hi…

I am fresher in flash… i want to take a value from the text box in flash to a php page…  
Any option i tried with getURL, but the result was pathetic…

The textbox is for searching … the value we entered in the text box is passed to the next php page…

any one help me…

P.S: I know this is very simple… But am a fresher ,so please explain how it works…
