# Get External File Size

Hi

I have 5 of the same video clip, but in different formats. .fla, .wmv, .ra, .mov, and .avi.

I was hoping that there is a method in which flash can read the file size of each file and display it in a basic dynamic text field (in mb)

Im not sure if AS can actually do this, so Im also looking into a method that might PHP or Java.

I hope someone can help, cheers.
