What’s up? The name’s Dip, Dip lomat. I’ve been a web designer/php programmer for almost 1 year now and I’ve pretty much gotten to be at an advanced level in both fields so now it’s time to expand my portfolio/resume ([http://www.freewebs.com/stk15/resume.txt](http://www.freewebs.com/stk15/resume.txt)) with Flash animations. Where do I start? Basically, I want to learn the basics of Flash and get into learning about making websites (one of my favorites are [http://www.2advanced.com](http://www.2advanced.com)), I would love to be able to make sites like 2Advanced. Start with the tutorials that come with Flash, they are useful for the basics. Then check out the tutorials at [kirupa.com](http://kirupa.com) for more. Then experiment and branch out on your own. And [google.com](http://google.com) is your friend for finding other useful flash tutorial sites. Also, Flash takes a lot of time and patience (and experimentation!). If you are going for 2advanced style, you have a long way to go since you are just beginning. Some people catch on faster than others, but it usually takes about a year of learning before you pump out something majorly kickarse. ---

Who cares who is older than who. Your reply to Diplomat was worded rudely, perhaps this is because you felt comfortable with him being your brother and all (which still doesn’t really condone it), but this caused him to warn you, probably just to try to get you in trouble and mess with you. Feel free to act like that at home, but not here.
