Thanks. Seriously, though, who’d have thought? I don’t even think there’s a word for ‘Giraffe’ in Hebrew. I would LOVE to see Darkmotion’s illustrated take on this.

Wow, i really want to try giraffe meat now! And i’m not even jewish. I wonder what it tastes like … maybe a bit like buffalo but leaner?

Just think of how many people you could feed with one neck. I’d imagine it’s gamy if not cooked properly.
