# Going large photo to small

I hope theres a quick fiz to this one. I’m trying to shrink down a picture I took from a digital camera. I want it to be around 100 x 100 square, but when I scale it down I lose quality and I can’t even make out what the pciture is. Anyway to scale down my photo and be able to make out clearly what it is?
