A friend at a company needs me too make a database application that allows his company to :

Log in and complete a form
Let administators search database
export info to excel

I’ve done personal projects for myself with php and mysql and i know i can do the work but what is the going rate.

He told me he had asked a company and they quoted $7000

I am thinking $5000 what do you think?
