Hey, I’m looking for a way to manage my open source code things, and am in need of a good management system.

Some features I need:
[_]Mysql database
[_]built in php
[_]only admins can commit changes
[_]version differences
Wish-list:
[_]Support for committing file through context menu in finder and explorer, like in Subversion’s client.
[_]Feature requests
[_]Bug reports
[_]Project goals
[\*]Basic documentation or wiki type thing
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
