# Good laptop deals?

Dell Outlet has some pretty hard to beat deals on laptops. Like a 4GB Pentium Dual Core 2Ghz for \< $500.

Unfortunately, their support has really sailed off the edge of the map. I just bought one and it arrived with a defective DVD drive and I had to spend 4+ hours on the phone over two days in order to return it. There’s been a class action lawsuit alleging that it’s deliberately bad.

So, should I give them another chance? If not, who has the best bang for the buck on laptops?
