Hey guys,

What are some good sound programs for creating cool sound effects like on 2advanced and all them sites. I’m not talking about a cheesy bloop :).

What about sound loops for flash? Also like 2advances sound loops. Anyone know any good ones?

I heard sound forge but whats that one used for?
