# Graphics card problems

i maunsure what the hell is going on but here is my problem,

when i plug my monitor into my graphics card and turn the pc on, i get a “no signal” msg. Even with the pc turned off, this msg is still displayed.

is my graphics card busted or is it my monitor…

please help, and thanks in advance
