Hello, I’m a newb to Flash.
I want to know if it is possible to make a graphics maker in flash that takes existing images and adds, text or other layers of existing images on top and produce a new image.

it is possible, but very difficult, and you need to know lots of code 😛

do you happen to know the name of the thing? I’m searching through flash mx source files o\_O bit of an eyesore but it would help to know what I’m looking for

What are you looking for ?
A script that will allow you to recompose an image with other images ? (remember that you cannot create dynamic jpg or gifs with flash)
