Hey there everyone!

I am looking for a tutorial that explains how to generate a simple flash menu (with no sub-categories) from a XML file.  
The one on Kirupa is a little too advanced for me. With all the sub categories.

I am just looking for a really simple menu, where I can pass menu name url and that is it!
