How does ([group94.com](http://group94.com)) do the full screen video pixel filter on the landing page. Is that a mask in flash or some kind of After Effects filter. The dot pattern makes that video look pretty good for being so big and probably being pretty low res. I also saw this filter today on the intro to ([http://www.crvrussia.ru/](http://www.crvrussia.ru/)). i tried to replicate it using vector circles but that does not appear to be it.

Any ideas?

Thanks
