# Hard Drive Free Space Keeps Changing

I don’t know what’s up with this, but my hard drive space keeps changing even though i don’t download anything or install anything. Last night i had 40 gigs free, today i have 37.5. I don’t know what it is, i installed updates, but 3.5 GB updates? i think not, Anyone have a clue?  
PS: Its vista
