Has anybody got a effect that could make sombody talk? Like the picture attached to this Thread? Like Making ther lips move?

nope would will have to do either a frame by frame animated gif or a flash tween…cant think of a command for that. Sen is the extension and command king maybe he will see this post.

Fastest and easiest way is to duplicate her lips on a seperate layer in flash and animate it using frame by frame as suggested by 3d.
Also this tutorial might help as well.

there’s a program called crazytalk that will sync movement of lips up to picture…it’s not great, but worth a shot at least.
you can get it a trial at [http://www.download.com](http://www.download.com) i think
i think it will export as a mpeg or some other weird crazytalk format

Thats cuz its a rip off the original Japaneese version just called RING go see that one
