# Has anyone experimented with Flash Quicktime exports?

I was hoping to discover what works, what doesn’t with importing quicktime files into Avid. I exported a normal motion tweening type animation as Quicktime. I am thinking that adding audio voiceover is best left to Avid. Has anyone stumbled on any tutorials as I am an avid noob.
