I read this article on [http://www.news.com.au/story/0,10117,18443038-421,00.html](http://www.news.com.au/story/0,10117,18443038-421,00.html) about GetHuman. Has anyone used this person’s database? Was just curious to know because everyone has probably become sick of hearing the machine phone options and not getting through to a real person…
