Your not connecting to the database.

1. Database name may be wrong
2. Username and/or password is wrong.

Make sure you add the user to the database 😉

I have not tried WAMP, but the WAMP site says it has the default value…

**When I start phpMyAdmin, I am prompted for a username and password. What should I enter?**
Enter a valid database username and password. On installation, WAMP has created a user e\_novative with password e\_novative for you.
Maybe you should try that combo first…
