Im trying to make a heat map, which moves dynamically and in realtime depending on data. I want to create a heat map / blob type feel, I’ve been looking at blob examples and they all seem to be randomly generated and or using the perlin noise function. This is too random for me as its tough to control the co-ordinates. I can make the areas and the gradients for the heat map functionality, but i can’t get them to join (like a blob would) when too similar ‘gradients’ meet. Anyone know how to create this while still keeping the control?
thanks
