# Height: auto

so i’m having some problems with the height on a “div” inside of a “div”.  
how i have it set up is i have a container div with 2 div’s inside (1 floats left and the is on the right side). Basically a 2 column setup within a container div.

My problem is that my left navbar won’t grow with the rest of the page and I cannot figure out why.  
I have height:auto and can’t get it to follow it’s partner on the right.

Any ideas?
