# Hello, stuck on building full flash site

hello everyone
hey the clockcrew.cc has the same mesage board as this, cool.
anywho, im having trouble on the full flash site tutorial.
ive re reaed it lots of times now, and
well ill just tell you my problem.
i made the front page of my site.
then i opend a new fla. file and made the next page (comics)
i then exported that with the name comics (obviously).
then in the front page fla. i made a button to take you to the ‘comics’ page.
i put this code into the button
on (release) {
\_root.contents.loadMovie(“comics.swf”);
}
then i published previewd it in HTML ,clicked the button for the comics page, and it didnt work. 😠
so this is what i dont understand, in the file you download with the tutorial, if u look in it, the other pages of the site arent in that file, each page has been exported and isnt connected to the home page.
i know that when you click a button, it loads the page (in swf. form) into a movie clip on the main site…does this make sense?
grrrrrrr
if anyone knows what the hell im talking about and can help me then i will forever be in your debt.
