only a quarter? how about a new computer with everything. Macromedia programs and a tip of 4,000 and that should do it. 😛 or we could hire some one to carry it all and give him/ them only a quarter. ---

Yeah Spam happens a lot here. We are a very social group. And ironically, spambots love the board too as Rev posted. We once saw a spam bot scanning this board for like a week straight (or more)!!! ---

there has to be a way to find out that there is a bot on here. through java and then kirupa could kick them out for good wishful thinking… i know(-: ---

It spends like an hour in a thread before moving on to another one and spending an hour in there…lol. It comes in as guest and just goes through threads, and it sometimes says e-mailing member, and stuff like that. Kirupa tried to ban the IPs (there were two doing the same thing), I don’t think it worked though. ---
