# HELP : Anchors in Flash?

Goodevening guys, I was wondering if flash has options wherein in like an HTML document, it behaves like it has ANCHORS so that when I have a movie clip with a SCROLL BAR, I can put buttons that would anchor to a specific frame in a movie clip.

Is this possible?
