no not really. All options including the amount of sensitivity are completely controlable. With the Wacom mouse I could probebly draw pixel art at 1500 by 1200 100%

you know… it’s not entirely necessary to run this on a socket server. The updating doesn’t have to be real time.

The updates, even non-realtime are still fairly quick with server side php. I have some ideas I’m working on now that might be encorporated into such a project. I’m going to think about the alternatives first anyway. Socket servers are pricey.
Socket Servers… Depends on what you emna by that…
When I was syaing about that I meant… me making a Visual BAsic Script to handle sockets and then using someone with cbale or something to handle it… Since there aren’t TOO many people on kirupa… As in thosaunds… it should be okay…

My initial idea wa to only throw some blocks of dirt in your faces and let you all build something pixel’ish, and then I’d assemble the whole thing into a bigger picture, and put it up here, just for fun
But the idea of having users actually moving around in the city… whoa… I’m definitely up for it, no questions there, BUT…
Then we’d also need premade blocks of ground with roads on it, plan a map of the city and slice it up, jack it into some code, and then active members can come in and reserve a piece of land. May it be right next to a road, or not… And of course we need a chat thingy then, AFTER the city is built. So I have a character, I walk around, see phil, slap him with a trout, and runs like hell… k??
And of course, whenever a member reaches, say, 500 posts in the forum, he gets a chunk of land to add to the city But only ONE chunk per member…!!
