# Help: Container loading external movie slowly

[FONT=Verdana]Hello,

Hopefully someone can help me. With this website am making the navigation in a seperate .swf, it has its only little intro. So as the index.swf hits the 45th frame i tell the layer to load the navigation\_bar.swf to the cointainer. Well when i test it out, the navigation\_bar.swf comes out but very very slow.  
A friend told me its becuase the both .swf’s, navigation\_bar and index, are on differnt fps. Well i have them on both and the navigation\_bar.swf still comes out very slowly.

If anyone can help, thank you very much.
