i Just have a couple of questions, they all relate to my flash cartoon.

1. Is there something (online or book) where i can learn to animate realistically?
2. Is there something (online or book) where i can learn to draw better?

i already have a story, and i know a little more than basics in flash, but i realized i have no idea how to animate and draw. can someone help me? thanks. 😃
