# Help For Flash Forms and Database Integration

Hi to everybody.  
I found this source file on this site at the page [http://www.kirupa.com/developer/actionscript/forms\_database.htm](http://www.kirupa.com/developer/actionscript/forms_database.htm)

but the form do not work…

someone can help me? Can you take a look to understand what’s wrong?
