I am desperately trying to make the effect seen on this site (the way the photo resizes):

I know I’ll be able to make it in Photoshop CS2, but unfortunately there are to many things I wish to change and the design is pretty locked in Photoshop. For starters I dont want thumbnails but just a “next” and “prev”-button.

Can anyone help me?
