# Help! legal alternative to itunes!

so i dont want to download songs illegally, yet i dont want to have to pay $1 a song or anything close to that, i would be more than happy with napster, if it worked with the ipod, is their any service that will work with the ipod that is subscription like? or, a cheap alternative, [allofmp3.com](http://allofmp3.com) is 3 cents a song, but im looking for subscription, unlimited downloading. im open to all suggestions
