Please, help me.
Does anybody know if its possible to make a gradient mask in the infinite menu ???
i would like the edges to go from the menu color to white, but gradually…

masks in Flash, use vectors…
therefore, you can’t have a gradient mask in Flash…

I saw your site, and my idea was symillar, but you have a box and i didn´t want to put anything.
So to the infinete menu would apear from nowhere, so the idea of the gradient mask…
i have to think in another solution…

Easy Solution if the background is a solid color:
To create a faux mask on a solid bg color simple create a gradient the leads from the solid color to transparent so that is the fade you want to use as a mask. After your gradient fill is made create a new layer above what you wanted to mask. Use the rectangle tool (make sure to turn off outlines, or delete them after creation) and draw the rectangle over the edges.
This will make it look as though it goes from the background color to fading out (or in rather).

i have been trying for a long to put here the .swf, but i cant.
This was the only thing i could do, put here a zip file.
If you like to see at i was saying about gradient mask, just download it.
I come here with a problem now I have another… How can i put here , visible de .swf???

You can attach a .swf file, but you need to right click and choose “save as” on the link to download and view it with the standalone player. Otherwise you have to post it within a .zip file.
