Well my wordage may have been off there, but it is the basic point. A person can only do what a person can do. If the person is really bad at coding, maybe the site we see as ugly and tacky may be a masterpiece to them because it is their accomplishment.
I suppose beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Ah well, I hope you get my point. I keep straying and my mind keeps wandering.
