# Help me pls

Ok, here’s the deal. I have this img :

and i want to modify only the white part ( the sort of smoke 🙂 ) by slowly turning the white into red and, finaly, the pic to look like this:

I want this to use on a preloader. Can you Kirupians help me, pls?  
P.S: I’m sorry for the layout of the post…
