Erhm Well i scanned through the forums and i relized! \*\*THERES NO FORUM FOR WEB BUILDING ☹ \*\*Anyways im not sure if its suposed to be here or not so please move it to the correct forum.

Anyways i was wondering how world of warcraft made these little comment things pop up when u hover over 1 of the icons…? Any ideas?
