# HELP! my cd writer won't open!

im having problems with my cd writer. it’s an LG. when i press the button to open the tray…it won’t open! it has power and when i press the button i can hear it functioning but it just won’t open…what can i do about this…by the way this drive is not even a yr old…it’s almost new…help me plsss…:crying:
