# Help Needed For Weblogs

Hey guyz…

I wud really appreciate it if someone can guide me to a tutorial or steps to making a weblog like this:

I am totally into weblogs these days, but I’m a newbie so I donno much about how this webmistress addressed different issues… I do know a bit about tables and frames. But i can’t figure out hw’d she make da layout… How do u make a layout?? Do u juz make it on a photo software program ?? but then how can u apply it to different sections within a page? _confusing_…

I’d be really thankful 🙂
