# Help Needed - Licensing Issues?

Hiya guys,

If I’m a web designer for a company and they ask me to put a Radio Blog up ([www.radioblogclub.com](http://www.radioblogclub.com)) which therefore has music playing which I don’t think they own the copyright to, could I get in trouble as web designer? Or would it be the company?

I want to be very careful before I do anything…
