# Help needed with dynamic text inputs

Hi all,

I am new to flash and need to dynamically input text in my application. For example, I have a Y axis and X axis and I need the user to input the names for these axes based on the problem. Should I provide empty text boxes onto which this text can be written in runtime? Please help me out.
