# Help, please... on a scrollbar window

Hello…  
I would like to know how can i do a window in flash with a scrollbar. But that’s not all, also need to know how i combine the text with the respective part of the scroll so i can push the text up or down. The objective is to insert a flash content in a html web page in this case when i press a hyperlink it will show my flash window with the information. I already have the skin(window and the two scrollbar buttons).  
So could you give me a hand?! Please.
