Don’t know if this has been posted before, and if it has i’m sorry for wasting your time lol

Anyway, How would I go about creating the effect on the 3rd head (the biggest one) on [BillyBussey.com](http://billybussey.com/) the effect im talking about is where the head seems to flash white before it settles. This also happens on the other two heads…Any one?? 🙂
