Right i am new to using photshop. i am using photoshop7  
I am trying to edit a picture, i open up the file and i want to change the colour of somthing but it comes up in greyscale is can somone help me so that when i choose a colour say blue it is actually blue and not grey

btw i just wanna change the hue of the picture so it is the same thing just a different colour
