how do i forward a flash movie file to a website?

i insert this in my last keyframe:

stop () ;  
get URL ([www.nba.com](http://www.nba.com)) ;

i saved it all under:  
export \> export movie

i got connected to internet explorer, but the site didnt show up.

what did i do wrong?
