After completing the external swf transition tutorial the site is working great except for the fact I can’t figure out how to lock the movie clip buttons in their down states until another button is pressed.
Here is the code I have on my first button:-

stop();

this.onEnterFrame = function(){
if(rewind == true){
prevFrame();
}
}

this.onRollOver = function(){
rewind = false;
play();
}

this.onRelease = function(){
rewind = true;
}

this.onRelease = function(){
if (\_root.currMovie == undefined) {
\_root.currMovie = “about”;
\_root.container.loadMovie(“about.swf”);
} else if (\_root.currMovie != “about”) {
if (\_root.container.\_currentframe \>= \_root.container.midframe) {
\_root.currMovie = “about”;
\_root.container.play();

```
    }
}
```

}

Any help appreciated!
